Booked a guest room with central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. Amiable and fairly friendly staff, who gave us awesome suggestions. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, it was decent!

I liked convenient location of this hotel.

London Heathrow airport was hardly 5 minutes away by car. There where a private safe, a mini bar, and central heating in my reasonably spacious room.

We had a great and peaceful stay in the triple room, with every staff member being friendly and accommodating.

We had extensive breakfasts.

The food was good overall.

i was happy with hotel's lovely location in the centre of the island. i could get guest room with a park view, greatly enjoyed that. a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating were good.

Well, the area was very sad overall.

The room was exceptionally nice with a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet, and there was a lot of decent meals.

Delicious and various dinners! Helpful and friendly staff. Nice atmosphere, just a few steps away from the hotel's own beach. The hotel even has two tennis courts, jacuzzis, pools (one on the beachside). The island is beautyful!

Room is a bit old furnitured. Not the best place for couples looking for calm / romance, more family oriented.

I was not satatisfied. Staff is unfriendly, food was not ok, rooms without balcony, and we paid a serious amount a day (I believe ca eur 500) etc etc.

Friendly staff, fluent in English and French. Convenient location near a sandy beach. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, with efficient air conditioning. Extra fee for beach amenities.

We enjoyed our stay at Lacona. The room was a bit smaller than we expected, however the pool area is great and the beach is a 3 min walk. The breakfast was good (they must have improved it after some negative reviews before). This is a great hotel for families with children. The staff was very friendly and helpfu.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The hotel is located right on the beach, which was beautiful and felt safe. We enjoyed spending time lounging on the sun loungers and taking walks along the bay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the waiting staff. The service, including room service and housekeeping, was top-notch. The hotel also offers a variety of tours and ticket assistance, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities were excellent, with air conditioning to keep us cool, an in-room safe for our valuables, and free toiletries provided. The flat-screen TV and comfortable parquet floors added to the luxurious feel of the room. We also enjoyed the dining options at the restaurant, with delicious dinners and a great bar/lounge area. the location, service, and amenities of this hotel exceeded our expectations.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends. The location close to a nice sandy beach and the array of facilities and services available make it a perfect choice for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.

All staff very friendly and helpful, more than most hotels I stay in. The hotel is now a bit dated in terms of design and decor but is kept very clean. Despite sand from the beach! Nice pool. On south of island close to several good beaches. Lovely Island.

No snacks available at lunch time. This is very much a family hotel, lots of young Italian families, normal for August on Elba. If you want some peace and relaxation avoid July and August on Elba.

It is likely the best hotel in the area and convenient to the beach and has a great pool. Staff is also very helpful and pleasant.

Internet connection leaves much to be desired. Also we tried many of the restaurants in the area, and none of them got us excited. It is a ways from downtown, but take the bus for 2.50 euros instead of a taxi which will cost you 25 euros. The breakfast got to be boring by the second day.
